VT-Sensing — Visual Perception Technology
VT-Sensing Visual Perception Technology is built on Voyager ISL's mature automotive underlying capabilities, and extends for cross-domain reuse across multiple tracks including low-altitude UAVs, agricultural robots and embodied robots. Paired with self-developed mass-produced high-performance perception cameras and intelligent perception algorithms adaptable to diverse operating conditions, it enables cross-industry migration of vehicle-grade perception technology rigorously validated by complete vehicle tests. The solution meets the integrated hardware and software perception requirements of each business line under complex operating environments with varying functional safety levels.

Technology

- Next-generation intrinsic parameter calibration technology ensures consistency of mass-produced finished products, thereby improving the recognition accuracy of back-end product algorithms.
- By integrating our proprietary image algorithm technology into the latest ISP, we effectively enhance low-light performance and other key metrics.
Process
- The fully automated 6-axis focusing production line ensures pixel decentration within 5 pixels, with a PPM defect rate below 100.
- With comprehensive laser welding capabilities, the product meets IP69K ingress protection rating, with a minimum body size of 22.5×22.5mm.
- COB (Chip on Board) technology further improves product performance while optimizing costs.
Cycle & Cost
- Cycle — platform-based design enables fast-track SOP (Start of Production) in as little as 6 months.

VT-Vulcan® — Integrated Driving and Parking System
VT-Vulcan® Integrated Driving and Parking System is a mass-producible, cost-effective solution covering parking / cabin-parking / driving-parking functions. Compatible with mainstream automotive chips, it supports scenario applications including AVM, highway NOA, CMS and DMS. It meets the intelligent control requirements of multiple scenarios such as closed-lot parking, highway commuting, as well as driving-parking and cabin-parking under complex urban road conditions, and supports mass deployment for intelligent vehicles and other general intelligent equipment solutions.
